No, you do not need to be present. We just need a secure way to access your home, such as a door code, lockbox, or key. Of course, you’re always welcome to be home if you prefer.
Yes, we are a pet-friendly company. We simply ask that you share details about your pet so our team can work safely and efficiently while respecting your home and animals.
Clients can provide access through a spare key, lockbox, garage code, or other secure method. All keys and access details are handled professionally and kept confidential. If access is not available at the time of service, a lockout fee may apply.
Yes. Sparkle & Shine Cleaning Services, LLC is fully insured. We cover employment taxes, workers’ compensation, and protection for accidental damage or breakage during service.
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules to avoid fees. Emergency situations or illnesses are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and rescheduling within the same week does not incur a charge.
There’s no need to clean beforehand. We do recommend ensuring access to your home, disarming alarms, and tidying personal items so our team can focus on detailed cleaning and avoid additional time charges.
Yes. If you’re not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll arrange a solution. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Payment is processed using the credit card on file the day after your cleaning. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Regular clients may also choose to leave a check for the team to return to our office.
Tipping is not required, as our technicians are paid fairly, but it is always appreciated. Tips can be given in cash, added to your invoice, or included through our quality feedback surveys.
